A civil action for damages or to abate or enjoin a violation of Titles 7 and 14 of the Provo City Code may be brought by any aggrieved person. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees. The remedies provided for in this Section shall be cumulative and not exclusive.
