10.02.150 Turning On after Being Turned Off Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, after the water has been turned off from such person’s premises because of nonpayment of rates or other violation of the rules and regulations pertaining to the water supply, to turn on or allow the water to be turned on, or use or allow the water to be used, without permission from the Director.
