11.01.090 Control of Collection, Transportation and Disposal by Director.

The Director may impose reasonable and uniform rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this title upon the collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste throughout Provo City, including but not limited to rules regarding:
(1) The operation of all collection, transportation and disposal services by Provo City and by commercial and private haulers;
(2) The operation of all Provo City solid waste management facilities; and
(3) Days and times of operation of all of the above.
