14.17A.090 Building Height.

No lot or parcel of land in the PFS zone shall have a building or structure which exceeds a height of forty-five (45) feet, with the following exception:
(1) Additional building height may be approved if the horizontal setback of the building from the nearest residential zone boundary is equal to or exceeds twice the building’s height, but in no case shall a building height of fifty-five (55) feet be exceeded.
