Each single SC2 (Shopping Center) zone shall contain a minimum of five (5) acres and a maximum of twenty (20) acres. The SC2 zone shall not be applied to an existing commercial area which does not meet these area requirements, and shall not be applied to an existing commercial development which has not been designed and constructed as an integrated community shopping center.
