This section is included in your selections.
(1) Design standards detailed in Section 14.34.295 – Downtown Development Design Standards, shall apply to the DT1 zone.
(2) The standards set forth in Section 14.34.300 – Transitional Development Standards, shall not apply in the DT1 zone.
