(1) Except as provided in Section 14.34.350, Provo City Code, each lot or parcel in the PIC zone shall have, on the same lot or parcel, off-street parking built to the standards of Chapter 14.37, Provo City Code. Off-site parking may be permitted as part of the Project Plan Approval provided the off-site parking is within five hundred (500) feet of the building site.

(2) Said parking lot shall be provided with internal and peripheral landscaping in conformance with the landscaping plan approved by the Planning Commission.
