The Lakeview Fields (SDP-4) Specific Development Plan Overlay Zone is intended to be applied to the area located east of Geneva Road, between 1680 North and 2000 North as described in the General Plan. Multi-family housing will be provided adjacent to 2000 North and Geneva Road to provide for a mix of housing types and the remaining housing will be one family detached.
