Occupancy within the SDP-4 Overlay zone shall be limited to family occupancy as set forth in the definition of “family” in Section 14.06.020, Provo City Code; provided, however, that in any multi-family dwelling unit not more than two (2) unrelated individuals shall constitute a family.
