(1) No vinyl or aluminum siding may be used, except for soffits, gutters, and window trim unless used for a design feature as part of an element of the overall design.

(2) Exterior building materials may consist only of stucco, stone, brick, Hardiboard siding, metal, wood trim, composition roofing, and other design features which are part of an element of the overall design.
