Each building pad in the Franklin Commons PRO zone shall have an average width of not less than twenty-two (22) feet for detached units, and twenty-three (23) feet for attached units. The building pad shall have a minimum depth of eighty (80) feet for attached units and sixty (60) feet for detached units.
