Each unit in the Franklin Heights PRO zone shall have two (2) enclosed parking spaces. A suitable number of visitor parking spaces shall be provided as determined by the Planning Commission as part the approval of a preliminary project plan. Visitor parking spaces shall be marked as such on the pavement and with a sign in front of each space.
