(1) Occupancy in the Franklin Heights PRO zone shall be limited to one (1) family or two (2) baching singles as defined in Section 14.06, Provo City Code.

(2) No accessory apartment or second kitchens shall be permitted in any dwelling unit.

(3) No recreational vehicles shall be stored on the property outside of an enclosed garage attached to a dwelling unit.
