14.50(25).100 Yard Requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
The following minimum yard requirements shall apply in the Huntington Place PRO zone:
(1) Front Yard. Each residential structure shall have a front yard of at least twenty (20) feet.
(2) Interior Side Yard. Each residential structure shall have an interior side yard of at least six (6) feet. A parking structure may have a side yard setback as permitted by the building code.
(3) Rear Yard. Each residential structure shall have a rear yard of at least six (6) feet.
