14.50(28).090 Yard Requirements.
The following minimum yard requirements shall apply in the Provo CROWN II PRO zone:
(1) Front Yard: ten (10) feet
(2) Rear Yard: eight (8) feet
(3) Side Yard: eight (8) feet
(5) For the purpose of this section the term “front yard” means an open, unoccupied landscaped yard extending across the full length of a lot or parcel parallel to a collective driveway having at no point a depth of less than the minimum required horizontal distance between the collective driveway and the main building. Said distance shall be measured by a line at right angles to the front lot line, or its tangent.
(6) For the purposes of this section the term “rear yard” means a yard extending across the full length of a lot, opposite that of the front yard, having at no point a depth of less than the minimum required horizontal distance between the rear lot line and the closest permissible location of the main building. Said distance shall be measured by a line at right angles to the rear lot line, or its tangent.
