14.50(29).100 Yard Requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
The following minimum yard requirements shall apply in the Rocky Mountain Townhomes PRO zone:
(1) Front Yard. Each residential structure shall have a front yard of at least twenty (20) feet adjacent to a public street.
(2) Interior Side Yard. Each residential structure shall have an interior side yard of at least ten (10) feet.
(3) Rear Yard. Each residential structure shall have a rear yard of at least twenty-five (25) feet opposite of the street side.
