Each dwelling unit in the Rocky Mountain Townhomes PRO zone shall have two (2) enclosed spaces per unit. Additional visitor parking shall be provided at the rate of one quarter (0.25) parking spaces per unit. Eleven (11) dwelling units may be accessed from one (1) driveway abutting Le-Bon Circle.
