A recent policy of title insurance or a preliminary title report shall be submitted showing that the persons listed as the owners in the owner’s dedication certificate on a plat or development have sufficient control over the premises to effectually dedicate streets within the development where required and to follow through with all other requirements of City ordinances. The parcel identification number assigned by the Utah County Recorder’s Office shall be required with each application submitted for review and approval.
