15.03.270 Sharing Cost of Improvements.

Every developer shall pay a roughly proportionate share of the following on- and off-site improvements, as determined by the City Engineer.
(1) Easements and rights-of-way “on-site” and “off-site.”
(2) Grading and drainage of streets “on-site.”
(3) Grading and drainage of streets “off-site.”
(4) Grading of lots.
(5) Culverts.
(6) Street paving.
(7) Curb and gutter and curb cuts.
(8) Sidewalk.
(9) Street signs.
(10) Water mains.
(11) Sewer mains.
(12) Street lighting.
(13) Electrical utilities.
(14) Canal and flood channel protection.
(15) Parks.
(16) Monuments.
(17) Water rights.
(18) Revegetation.
(19) Bridges.
