Fees established by the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council shall be assessed as a condition of the submission and/or approval of any subdivision or development anticipated by a developer within the City. Fees paid shall be deposited into the general fund for the City and shall be used to defray a portion of the expense incurred in reviewing subdivisions and developments.
