15.11.180 Failure to Conform to Design Standards - Penalty.
This section is included in your selections.
For failure to conform to design standards and regulations, the City Engineer may do any of the following:
(1) suspend or revoke the permit;
(2) issue a stop order;
(3) order removal and replacement of faulty work;
(4) require an extended warranty period; and
(5) negotiate a cash settlement to be applied toward future maintenance costs.
