Properties which, in the opinion of the Landmarks Commission, no longer meet the criteria for eligibility may be removed from the Historic Sites List after review and consideration by the Commission. Only the Landmarks Commission, Municipal Council, or the owner of the historic site may initiate actions to remove properties from the Historic Sites List. The removal process shall follow the same public hearing procedure outlined above for designations.
