It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully make a false statement or refuse to give one’s name or address with intent to deceive or interfere with an enforcement officer when in the performance of the enforcement officer’s official duties under the provisions of this Title. A violation of this Section shall be a class B misdemeanor.
