2.05.020 Anonymous Contributions.

As established in Section 2.05.010, Provo City Code, the anonymous contribution limit for each calendar year is zero dollars ($0.00). Therefore, any contribution from a donor whose name is unknown is subject to Section 10-3-208(4)(c), Utah Code, as amended, and a candidate shall disburse the amount of the contribution to:
(1) The Provo City Treasurer for deposit in the Provo City general fund; or
(2) An organization that is exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3), Internal Revenue Code, in which case the candidate shall provide to the City Recorder a receipt from the organization documenting the disbursement.
