2.05.030 Contributions in the Name of Another Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for a person to make a contribution in the name of another person or make a contribution with another person’s funds in one’s own name. No reporting entity shall knowingly accept a contribution made by one (1) person in the name of another person or made by one (1) person with the funds of another person.
