(1) The City Sexton, under the direction of the Mayor, shall have entire care, control, management and superintendence of City cemeteries, and shall perform such other duties in relation to the cemeteries as are now, or may be hereafter, provided by executive order, by the Provo City Code or other ordinance or resolution of the Provo City Municipal Council, or by the laws of the State of Utah.

(2) The Sexton shall pay into the City treasury, all monies received by the Office of the Sexton.
