(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a vehicle on cemetery grounds except on clearly designated areas designed for motor vehicle traffic.

(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle within the limits of the cemetery at a rate of speed greater than fifteen (15) miles per hour, or in any other manner that would endanger persons or property.
