(1) If there are one (1) or more fixed-base operators (FBO) at the airport, one (1) member of the Board shall be an FBO representative. If only one (1) FBO serves the airport at a given time, the FBO representative may be appointed for a three-year term. If multiple FBOs serve the airport, the appointment shall be rotated equally among the FBOs serving the airport and the FBO representative shall be appointed for a one-year term. The remaining six (6) members of the Board shall be appointed for staggered terms of three (3) years each. All Board terms shall begin on July 1 and terminate on June 30.

(2) No member of the board shall receive any salary or compensation of any kind for the performance of their duties as herein provided except that members of the board may be reimbursed for their reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties, provided said expenses are approved by the airport manager prior to the time the expenses are incurred.
