2.24.010 Provo City School Board Districts.
(1) This section is enacted to comply with the provisions of Sections 20A-14-201 and 20A-14-202 of the Utah Code, as amended, which require the Provo Municipal Council to divide (and when necessary, reapportion) the territory within the Provo City School District into seven (7) school board districts.
(2) The Provo City School District is hereby divided into seven (7) school board districts as follows:
(a) District Number One. District Number One includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 301, 302, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 310, 320, 321, and 322.
(b) District Number Two. District Number Two includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 311, 312, 313, 314, 315, and 319.
(c) District Number Three. District Number Three includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 316, 318, 338, 339, 340, 341, and 343.
(d) District Number Four. District Number Four includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 342, 355, 356, 358, 359, 360, 362, 363, and 364.
(e) District Number Five. District Number Five includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 344, 349, 350, 352, 353, 354, 365, 366, and 367.
(f) District Number Six. District Number Six includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, and 348.
(g) District Number Seven. District Number Seven includes all of the territory located within the following Utah County voting precincts: 332, 333, 334, 335, 336, 345, and 346.
