3.03.060 City Contracts Which Involve Long-Term Commitment of City Funds.
This section is included in your selections.
From and after the date of this Section, Provo City shall not enter into any contract which involves the commitment of Provo City funds unless the subject contract:
(1) is funded in the current fiscal year budget; or
(2) commits City funds in a total amount less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00); or
(3) has been approved by the Provo City Code or other ordinance or resolution of the Municipal Council.
