(1) Use of word “ambulance.” It shall be unlawful to display the word “ambulance” on any vehicle unless the same has been licensed by the State of Utah to move sick or injured persons.

(2) Within twenty-four (24) hours after the conveyance of a sick or injured person to or from any public or private hospital in Provo City or from any place in Provo City to another place within the City or beyond its limits the person owning or operating a private ambulance shall cause notice to be entered as a permanent record in writing of a complete report of said conveyance which report shall be subject to inspection by the Provo City Fire Department or the police department at any time.
