Licenses issued under this Chapter may be revoked by the City administration whenever it shall be made to appear upon a proper hearing at which the licensee has full and ample opportunity to be heard that the licensee has violated any of the terms or provisions of this Chapter or has given occasion for action against the licensee’s bond. Upon revocation of the license, the licensee shall cease acting as an auctioneer within the City and the unearned portion of the license fee shall be forfeited to the City. Upon determination of revocation, the licensee may be prohibited from obtaining further licenses for any reasonable period of time or for perpetuity.
