Auctioneers are forbidden to conduct their sales in such a manner as to cause people to obstruct the public streets or sidewalks nor shall any such auctioneer or employee or co-worker use immoral or indecent language in crying the sale or cause any noisy acclamations, ringing of bells, blowing of whistles or otherwise interrupt the public peace.
