The fee for a business entity desiring to provide tow truck and/or parking enforcement services within Provo City shall be as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council. Such fee shall be in addition to any other fee and shall be assessed in consideration of the expense incurred by the City to conduct required background checks prior to issuing a license and in recognition of costs incurred by the Police Department in responding to incidents involving tow truck services and parking enforcement services.
