It is unlawful for any person to engage in a taxicab service within the corporate limits of Provo City unless the person operating such business has applied for and obtained a Provo City business license to do so. Such license shall be applied for, granted, and maintained in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter and applicable provisions of this Title.
