(1) Each employment agent duly licensed under this Chapter shall enter upon a register every order received from any corporation, company, or individual desiring the services of any person seeking work together with the nature of the work, the number of persons desired, the address where the work is to be furnished, and the wages paid.

(2) The employment agent is also to keep a separate record of labor applicants which shall show the name of each person applying for work, the amount of compensation received in each case, the name of the person or persons who secure work and those who fail to secure work, and the reason why employment was not secured. The registers required by this Section shall be open at all reasonable hours to inspection of any police officer of the City or member or agent of the state industrial commission.
