6.15.050 Control of Property.

The responsible person shall control the property where the person’s business license authorizes commercial entertainment to be provided, including parking areas, by:
(1) making adequate provisions for security and crowd control,
(2) protecting commercial entertainment business invitees from criminal activity, and
(3) minimizing disturbances as a result of providing commercial entertainment.
