The license fee payable at the time of submission of application shall be as shown on the Consolidated Fee Schedule adopted by the Municipal Council. In addition to the requirements of Section 6.01.090, Provo City Code, renewal of the license requires filing of a written statement by the applicant as to any changes in the original application.
