6.22.060 Administration; Delegation of Powers and Authority.

(1) The Mayor is hereby designated the officer of the City who is responsible for the continuing administration of this Chapter.
(2) The Mayor may delegate administrative responsibility with respect to this Chapter to one or more subordinate officers or employees of Provo City, or an outside consultant to Provo City.
