6.22.120 Repeal of Prior Inconsistent Resolutions and Ordinances.
This section is included in your selections.
To the extent that there is any prior resolution or ordinance which in part, or in whole, is directly inconsistent with this Chapter, then such part, or such whole, of the prior resolution or ordinance shall be repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.
