6.22.460 Construction Schedule and Construction-related Requirements.
(1) In order to establish minimum uniform standards, the Council/franchising authority requires any MCS provider, where applicable, to adopt the following minimal construction schedule and construction-related requirements:
(a) construct, install, maintain, and repair the multi-channel system in accordance with the requirements noted in this Chapter;
(b) use streets and public ways as set forth in this Chapter;
(c) remove franchise property from public streets, as set forth in this Chapter;
(d) adopt the construction standards as set forth in this Chapter;
(e) abide by, and act in strict accordance with, all current technical codes adopted by the City, or the State, or the United States, as noted in this Chapter; and
(f) maintain all permits and licenses, as noted in this Chapter.
