(1) This Chapter establishes procedures whereby sellers or lessors of property used for residential purposes must disclose to potential buyers or lessees of the property certain Provo City zoning requirements prior to the buyer or lessee undertaking any obligation to acquire, rent or lease the property, as the case may be.

(2) The purpose of these disclosure procedures is to help buyers and lessees avoid purchasing or leasing property which is not zoned for the use intended by the buyer or lessee.
