(1) Every agreement to purchase, lease or rent real property which includes any of the transactions set forth in Section 6.25.030(1) of this Chapter, a seller or lessor, as the case may be, shall disclose to the buyer or lessee the zoning of the property which is the subject of the transaction and the legal occupancy of each of the dwelling units located on the property as governed by applicable provisions of Title 14 of the Provo City Code. The buyer or lessee shall acknowledge in writing the zoning disclosure.
