Words and phrases contained herein which are defined in Chapter 6.01, 6.02 or 14.06, Provo City Code, as amended, shall have the meanings set forth in such chapters. If there is a conflict between definitions contained in Title 14, Provo City Code, and definitions contained in this Title, the definitions in this Title shall govern for the purposes of interpreting this Title.
