It shall be unlawful for any person to resell or offer for resale any ticket of admission or other evidence of the right of entry to any athletic contest, concert, theater performance, amusement, exhibition, or other entertainment event to which the general public is admitted within seven hundred fifty (750) feet of a ticket office for such a contest or event, or a public entrance to such a contest or event.
