(1) For any subsequent year after a newsrack permit has been issued, each distributor who desires to renew the permit shall, on or before January 1 of each subsequent year, submit a certificate, on a form to be provided by the City, which shall include the following:

(a) any changes in the information provided to the City on the permit application; and

(b) a map of the special distribution area showing the location of Newsracks subject to the permit which are maintained by the Distributor. If the Distributor distributes more than one (1) publication through newsracks, the map shall identify which publication is distributed at which newsrack location.

(2) If a newsrack Permit is not renewed, the Business License Office may issue a new permit to another distributor for the location covered by the previously issued permit pursuant to the requirements of this Chapter and in accordance with the waiting list, if any, kept under Section 6.28.090(3) of this Chapter.
