Anyone owning or maintaining a newsrack in the special distribution area on City-owned property or a publicly-owned sidewalk shall indemnify, defend and hold Provo City, its officers, and employees harmless for any loss or damage, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use or placement of such newsrack(s). No permit shall be issued until the Business License Office receives such indemnification.
