(1) A newsrack shall not exceed a height of seventeen and one-half (17 1/2") inches.

(2) A newsrack shall carry no advertising except a logo or other information identifying the publication sold therein. This information may be displayed on the front and the back of the Newsrack. Any logo displayed on the back of the newsrack shall be no larger than six (6) inches by twenty-four (24) inches.

(3) Each newsrack shall be the Sho-Rack TK-49 Honor Rack model, which has been approved by the Municipal Council and chosen for aesthetic appeal, durability, functionality, and versatility of the newsrack. The color of each newsrack shall be Sho-rack black.
