6.31.060 Effect of License Issuance.
This section is included in your selections.
The issuance of a mobile home park business license shall not have the effect of changing the legal status of a mobile home park, including, but not limited to:
(1) legalizing an illegally created circumstance, or
(2) recognizing a nonconforming use, noncomplying structure, or other nonconformity.
