After the effective date of this Chapter, and notwithstanding that a mobile home park qualifies for a business license under Section 6.31.090 of this Chapter, each mobile home park shall meet the following requirements in order to qualify a mobile home park business license:

(1) compliance with applicable requirements set forth in Chapter 14.15, Provo City Code;

(2) proper installation, maintenance, and operational condition of on-site utility systems as required under applicable plumbing, electrical, and mechanical codes;

(3) fire-rated separation between dwelling units;

(4) properly placed street addressing;

(5) placement of only one (1) manufactured home or mobile home per space;

(6) maintenance of streets in good condition (reasonably free from pot holes, breaks in pavement, and standing water areas);

(7) provision of street lighting designed to produce a minimum of 0.1 foot candle of lighting within the street system; and

(8) no storage of any manufactured home or mobile home which has been abandoned as provided in Section 57-16-13, Utah Code Annotated.
